A head on collision occurred on Monday at approximately 10:42 PM on Route 6/Hampton Road, in the area of Piaseczny drive in the town of Chaplin.
64 year old Brigit Pulickidiyil of Danielson was driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue with 2 passengers. 32 year Meldy George and 39 year old Tessy Kuriakose of Danielson.
26 year old Bailey Gowin was driving a 2000 Honda Accord east on Route 6 when the 2 vehicles collided.
Brigit Pulickidiyil and Meldy George were transported to Windham Hospital for injuries sustained in the accident.
Bailey Gowin and Tessy Kuriakose were pronounced dead on the scene. The accident remains under investigation with Connecticut State Police.
