Norwich Man Arrested in Suspicion of Home Invasion

On May 18, 2022, the Norwich Police Department Detective Division along with The U.S Marshals Service attempted to serve active warrants for Kwendelle Wiggins.

Based on credible investigative information, the U.S Marshals Service believed the suspect had returned to his former residence in Norwich, CT. At approximately 7:30am with the assistance of U.S. Marshals Service, the suspect, 32 year old Kwendelle Wiggins was apprehended at an address on Boswell Ave. in Norwich.

Wiggins is currently being held at Norwich Police Headquarters on $1,000,000.00 bond for the Home Invasion warrant pending his arraignment. He will be presented Norwich Superior Court, Wednesday, May 18, 2022 if held. Wiggins also had three other outstanding warrants at the time of his arrest. Two warrants for Violation of Probation and one warrant for Failure to Appear.
