On November 8, 2021 at approximately 1:59 AM, 64 year old Walter Lunsford of Temple Hills, Maryland, was driving a Freightliner Cascadia 18 wheeler on I-95 north in Waterford, in the right lane of two at the beginning of the exit 82A off ramp.
Walking the other way on the off ramp was 29 year old Luis Guzman of Roxbury, Massachusetts and was hit by the truck, and was killed. Lunsford was not injured in the accident.
