The Town of Plainfield has 4 villages and 5 polling districts:

• 2 in the village of Plainfield, located at the Plainfield Town Hall, in the Auditorium
• 1 at the Central Village Fire Department
• 1 at the Moosup Village Fire Department
• 1 at the Wauregan Village Fire Department
