Eastern District Major Crime Squad Investigating Incident on Norman Rd in Griswold

On Tuesday, January 4th, 2022 at approximately 11:23 PM, Quinebaug Valley Emergency Communications received a 911 call reporting an unresponsive male at 391 Norman Road in Griswold. The call was transferred to Connecticut State Police Troop E in Montville. Troopers arrived scene and located the unresponsive 62 year old victim lying in the driveway of the residence with life threatening injuries. Medical services responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to their injuries. The Eastern District Major Crime Squad was notified, responded and assumed the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact CT State Police at 860-896-3235 or 860-848-6500.
