44 year old Jessica Raymond was arrested on 10/04/2021 on an active warrant for Negligent Homicide with a Motor Vehicle. On May 3, 2020, a Trooper traveling on Route 74 was waved down by a person screaming for help at the residence of 476 Tolland Turnpike in Willington. The Trooper was directed to the end of the driveway where a small child, a 3 year old boy, had sustained severe trauma. The child was later pronounced deceased.
